Insight and empathy are at the core of healing.
The ups and downs of life can feel overwhelming, especially in modern times. Issues that may normally feel manageable can leave us feeling shaken and groundless, and issues that fall outside the norm can become even tougher to deal with.
Do you feel sad, anxious, tired, or angry more than you’d like to? Are you living with past trauma or pain that you can’t seem to move past? Do you struggle with relationships, self-esteem problems, shame, or destructive patterns?
Therapy can help.
I work with adults ages 18 and over in individual psychotherapy to address a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship problems, and all manner of life transitions. My work with patients is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and anti-oppression theories of clinical practice.
We can work together.
Through this integrative and holistic approach, deep healing and change are possible. I engage with my patients in a collaborative process that increases insight and awareness, and respects the autonomy and potential of every individual.
